  • Service providers: With carefully chosen vendors who help us operate the Site (for example, hosting providers or email delivery services), and only to the extent needed for them to perform their services.
  • Legal requirements: If we are required to do so by law, subpoena, or a valid legal request, or if we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public.

6. How We Protect Your Information

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information we control, including encryption in transit wherever possible. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and you should take care when sending sensitive information online.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or clearly needed for security or operational continuity.

If you ask to be removed from our communications or movement counts, we will honor that request and make reasonable efforts to delete or anonymize your information, subject to any legal obligations to keep certain records.
